高位码垛机 工作原理：

 高位码垛机：成品箱从单道输送线输入，在输送线上完成分箱（伺服控制）、转向（速差控制），直接送到编组站，在推杆的作用下，推送到传送板上。

 高位码垛机：通过自动控制的计数与光电感应配合，推杆吧箱体推到传送板上，箱体排列为整齐的一层，随即进入码垛。

 高位码垛机：托盘提升架在开始码垛时处在高位，每码一层后随即下降一层的高度。

 高位码垛机：储存垛板（亦称托盘）自动分送垛板至码垛工位，码垛工位前有一个等待垛板，处于等待状态成品垛输出后，跟随进入码垛工位，本机码垛速度快，在输出输送带上有二个成品垛存放位。

Working principle of high-position palletizer:

 High-level palletizer: The finished box is input from the single-lane conveyor line, and the sub-box (servo control) and steering (speed difference control) are completed on the conveyor line, and are directly sent to the marshalling station, and pushed to the conveyor plate under the action of the push rod.

 High-level palletizer: through the automatic control of counting and photoelectric induction, the push rod bar box is pushed to the conveyor plate, and the box is arranged into a neat layer, and then enters the palletizing.

 High-level palletizer: The pallet hoist is at a high position when it starts palletizing, and then drops one layer after each yard.
