1. 码垛过程

:立柱机器人,也称为码垛机器人或堆垛机器人,负责将产品(如食用盐、化工物料、挂面等)按照预定的模式整齐地堆叠到托盘上。这些机器人通常具有高精度和高强度的臂部设计,能够适应不同形状和重量的货物。

2. 托盘识别与搬运

:一旦码垛完成,机器人通过集成的传感器或视觉系统识别并确认托盘已满载。随后,它会拾取整个托盘,并利用其灵活的运动能力将托盘搬运到出库口,准备下一步的输送或存储。

3. 自动出库

:在出库口,托盘会被自动导入到一个输送系统中,可能是传送带、AGV(自动引导车)或AS/RS(自动化立体仓库)系统,进而被运送到仓库的指定位置或直接装载到运输车辆上。

4. 空托盘管理

:与此同时,系统会自动引入新的空托盘到码垛区域。这通常通过一个独立的托盘循环系统实现,确保码垛区域始终有可用的空托盘等待下一轮的码垛任务。空托盘可能通过入库口自动进入,或由专门的机器人从存储区搬运而来。

5. 系统集成与优化

:整个过程高度自动化,通过中央控制系统监控和调度,确保各环节高效协同。系统还能根据生产需求、库存状况动态调整,实现资源的最大化利用。

3. Automatic delivery

At the outbound port, the pallets are automatically imported into a conveyor system, which may be a conveyor belt, AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) or AS/RS (Automated Warehouse) system, and then transported to a specific location in the warehouse or loaded directly onto a transport vehicle.

4. Empty pallet management

At the same time, the system automatically introduces new empty pallets to the palletizing area. This is usually achieved by means of a separate pallet circulation system, which ensures that there are always empty pallets available in the palletizing area waiting for the next round of palletizing tasks. Empty pallets may be entered automatically through the inbound openings or carried from the storage area by specialized robots.

5. System integration and optimization

The whole process is highly automated, and the central control system is monitored and dispatched to ensure efficient coordination of all links. The system can also dynamically adjust according to production demand and inventory status to maximize the use of resources.

This automated process significantly improves operational efficiency, reduces labor costs and error rates, and optimizes the utilization of warehouse space, which is an important application example in the field of intelligent manufacturing and intelligent logistics.
